I registered this domain with the intent to create a resource community for Software Engineering Managers; hence the “EM” in the domain name.

In my experience, engineering managers spend a lot of time building our systems and workflows as they build and grow teams. Why not give them a head start with assets that have been proven to work?

I bogged down on the idea because I just couldn’t see myself remaining passionate about the content and the conversations. But someone could definitely succeed with this idea. If this is you, I’ll throw in the Twitter account too.
